Day 2-Favorite animal

You texture and shading is coming along. One suggestion (and I am very guilty of this too) is to make your shaded areas darker so there is more depth and dimension to the animal.

The textured background looks great and the green eye ties the tiger to it well. If you did not have a color on the tiger that matched the background, I would have suggested adding subtle colors to the tiger. White fur holds color from its surroundings.

The biggest suggestion I have for you is to study anatomy. It is a great way to learn proportions and make your art more realistic. For example, the ears are roughly the same size, even though one is farther away, and thus should be smaller.
